London United are excited to announce our new partnership with Alec Reed Academy.

The partnership between London United and Alec Reed Academy provides young aspiring basketball players the opportunity to continue to develop to an elite level alongside their chosen academic studies.

Each student receives a tailor made fulltime programme consisting of a minimum of 10 hours on court training per week in addition to strength and conditioning training and tactical analysis sessions fully integrated with their academic programme of a Sport BTEC and / or a wide variety of A levels.

Alec Reed Academy maintains exceptionally high levels of behaviour and performance across all academic courses providing the club with the environment for growth and expansion. The

Alec Reed Academy is based in the heart of West London, conveniently linked allowing talented individuals from across the entire Greater London area the opportunity to access the programme.

Players enrolled at the Academy have the opportunity to compete in National League U18 Premier / Conference or Senior competitions. In addition, we are proud to offer the unrivalled chance to be part of the only British organisation to take part in the European Youth Basketball League in which our players have the opportunity to compete against Europe’s elite Junior players.
