University Programme

At the heart of the United programmes is the development of young performers in both sporting excellence and academic performance.

Our partnership with Buckinghamshire New University has allowed us to provide a programme with the aim of developing our players in both their academic and sporting performance.

Our partnership has created a basketball programme with students completing a BSc in Sport Science and Coaching Theory, with all units of the degree  designed to complement their basketball performance.

Alongside the degree students will have the opportunity to gain vocational qualifications including UKCC Basketball Coaching Level1 and 2 and Health and Fitness Instructor level 2 and 3. The programme also offers students the opportunity to gain crucial coaching experience through London United Basketball Clubs community and junior programmes.
